| Free-spraying Al-pellet is specially designed for plastic products. The main omposition is aluminum powder, additive and carrier. It’s in silver dollar shape. Aluminum content 80~85%. They Can withstand 250~280 degrees in plastic injection molding process. | |||||
| Application：Specific for plastic system: mainly used for household appliances, Car decorations, Plastic Suitcase and bags, toys, mobile shell, plastic profile, Metallic masterbatch and other plastic injection molding and masterbatch industry. They can be applied to a variety of plastic systems:PE, PC, PP, ABS, PS and AS etc. |
Application method：Add directly to plastic granules or powder, Stir at low speed until smooth,and then granulate.
Recommended dosage:For masterbatch add 15~45%, Injection coloring 0.5~5%
Notice：The physical structure of aluminum pigment is mainly shape in sheet, please avoid high speed shearing and multiple granulation, temperature over the aluminum powder can bear.Otherwise, the injection effect will be darkening and without metal texture.
